Today's entry is an affirmation: WHEN I EAT RIGHT, I FEEL BETTER.
Since getting home from vacation (the No Friench Fry Left Behind Tour), I've been reminding myself what a healthy diet is. Fresh fruit. Salads. Yogurt. Corn flakes. Even peanut butter and jam on bakery bread is better than my favorite indulgences.
Substituting meal-sized cookies for lunch saps my energy. Having a couple late night glasses of wine, instead of just going to bed, makes the morning scale-check that much more disheartening.
But for the moment Good Diet = High Energy. Keep saying that...
