How Crap Becomes Real (Or, How I Went to Business on Ebay)
Wrote this in December, decided it was too long, but now I've decided I like it anyway, even though it's a full 5 minutes. So here it is, available for comment before I send it off to radio-land.
I can't believe I haven't produced a radio piece since mid-August. It's fun -- when it's about finished. Unfortunately I always need to walk through "the valley of death" to get from enthusiastic beginning to smiling conclusion. Every production seems to be a journey without a roadmap, along with the usual technical potholes. Always wondering if I'll make it to the other side.
