8 Oct. 2021. [Cont'd. from 6 Oct 2021] Tober has come a long way since October 1. She certainly has a serious little face, doesn't she? And yet she has a lot of confidence despite her cracks and her creaky hips and shoulders.
Step 6. Tober really liked her turban. Somehow it was wrapped just right. So, I handsewed it into place.
Step 7. Got out the small paintbrush and gold acrylic. Adorned her jumpsuit and turban with doodles and dots.
What next? Earrings? Maybe too much. I think she needs a magic shawl. I'd like to up my game, learn to do something new and more difficult. I like the genre of "art doll" and upcycling old things. Stay tuned. [To be continued]
